CANCELLATION POLICY

"CoreLab Health reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:"

• Violation of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines;
• Non-payment of fees or suspected fraudulent transactions;
• Abuse of the Services (e.g., excessive refund requests, harassment of providers);
• Legal or regulatory compliance requirements.

No refunds will be issued in such cases unless required by applicable law.

2. Auto-Renewal Cancellation

"Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless you actively cancel before the renewal date. We do not guarantee reminders for upcoming charges. It is your responsibility to manage cancellations through your account settings."

3. User Cancellation Limitations

"If you cancel a subscription:"

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period;
• No prorated refunds will be provided for unused time;
• One-time purchases (e.g., consultations, medications) are non-refundable after service initiation.

4. Emergency Cancellations

"In exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, system failures, or legal actions), we may cancel or modify services without prior notice. Affected users may receive credits or refunds at our sole discretion."
